Any retainer balance remaining is subject to expire one year from the payment date. 3 Months before retainer expires Kiln Media will send you a message each month with your current balance warning you of the year expiration. Payments made will be added to your account as a credit with in one business day of payment being processed. Any and all credits earned will be applied once the initial retainer has been used.
